Spring 2010
A project that started off with Raised vegetable beds, Green House Handmade Coal bunker, Path and Small Patio to more raised boarders, more slabbing, fencing, convert shed to a small summer house and a brick wall out front

Project Brief

To make the garden a low maintenance to have a fue vegetable and plant beds remove trees and shrubs and lawn and replace with patio areas replacing the hedge with a fence. Overall giving the garden a new modern felling.

Brake Down Of Procedure

  • Starting off by removing all plants trees and hedges and levelling and grading the soil.
  • Sleepers were cut and placed then fixed together.
  • The area for the coal bunker levelled, all so post for wood store dug in and area concreted.
  • Hand make the Coal Bunker at work Shop and Deliver to site and screw in to position wood store fixed to outer house and post and fence and felt cut and fixed to top.
  • Path and patio areas levelled and membrane laid ready for road stone.
  • New area filled and levelled with road stone to give a suitable slab laying suffice.
  • Slabs Laid on a full bed of sand and cement and pointed with sand and cement.
  • Erect used Green house and replace broken glass.
  • Out front a trench was dug to form the foundations for the brick wall and filled with concrete
  • Start building the brick wall, finished with a layer brick to form top finish of the wall pointed as the wall was built up.
  • Site swept and cleaned to give the finished project.
